Webinar // Breaking Into Content Strategy
If you’ve been on the internet, you’ve probably seen the job title, “content strategist.” Sure, you create content, but what does it mean to help strategize around it?
If you’ve been content-strategist curious, this webinar is for you. We’ll address everything from what content strategy is, how to find these gigs, and how to leverage your skillset as someone who creates content to someone who is managing it for a publisher, brand, or corporation.
Jenni and Wudan are joined by a panel of guests to discuss potential next steps in a content career. Our guests include:
Rachel Coward is a Seattle-based freelance social media strategist and content creator. Rachel has managed social media in-house for brands such as Allrecipes and DRY Soda Co., and has created content for brands such as Thrillist, National Geographic Traveler, Simple Mills, The Kitchn and many others. A 2012 graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism, Rachel has experience working in a daily newsroom and employing many of the same skills as a marketer today.
